A personal note from Jo
I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, accepted and supported. I value building genuine therapeutic relationships where clients feel safe to explore their experiences openly, without judgement. My role is to work alongside clients with curiosity, compassion and honesty, helping them make sense of their difficulties and move towards the life they want to live.
