Creating a safe space to explore, grow and understand yourself more fully
Sometimes life can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, relationship difficulties or a sense that you’re repeating the same patterns, therapy can provide a space to better understand what’s going on beneath the surface.
Craig is an Integrative Counsellor who offers a warm, accepting and non-judgemental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences at their own pace. He believes that every person has the capacity for growth and change when given the right conditions and works collaboratively to help clients gain greater self-awareness, confidence and emotional understanding.
