Zoe Martin

Integrative Counsellor and Couples Therapist

Supporting adults and couples through anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties and significant life changes.

Zoe is an integrative counsellor who works with adults and couples. Her friendly, down-to-earth approach provides a safe and confidential space to explore difficulties and develop a greater understanding of themselves and their relationships.

Who Zoe commonly supports

Zoe supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, OCD, relationship difficulties and the emotional impact of serious illness or significant life changes.

Zoe also offers a supportive space for women experiencing the emotional and psychological impact of menopause, including changes in mood, confidence, identity, relationships or self-esteem. Together, they can explore these experiences and the impact they may be having.

She has particular experience supporting people through grief, bereavement and loss, including times when life may feel uncertain, overwhelming or difficult to make sense of.

Zoe works with couples who feel disconnected, caught in repeated arguments or unable to communicate effectively. She supports difficulties involving trust, closeness, intimacy and infidelity, as well as significant life changes or pressures. Zoe provides a balanced, non-judgemental space where both partners can feel heard, understand unhelpful patterns and begin repairing their connection.
