Sarah is an integrative therapist with considerable experience of working with Children, Young People and Adults who are experiencing a variety of difficulties. Sarah has a strong psychology background including working with complex needs and has significant experience of working with individuals on the Autistic spectrum, OCD, ADHD and EUPD. 

Sarah is also interested in delivering Attachment,  Trauma and Emotion Coaching training to Teachers, Parents and Carers online. She is also a Counselling Tutor and Supervisor. 

In her spare time she enjoys yoga, music, documentaries and time with her family.
