• Identity and self-understanding
• Relationship difficulties
• Trauma and adverse life experiences
• Bereavement and non-bereavement loss
• Life transitions and change
• Personal growth and resilience

A personal note from Stella
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I have always been fascinated by what helps people navigate life’s challenges and make sense of their experiences. Over more than 20 years of practice, I have felt privileged to witness clients develop new insights, deepen their understanding of themselves, and make meaningful changes that positively impact their lives. For me, one of the most rewarding aspects of therapy is supporting people as they discover new ways of moving forward.
