Nicky commonly supports:

  • Anxiety, stress and panic

How Nicky works

Nicky works in a collaborative, compassionate and individual way, recognising that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. She draws on counselling, psychotherapy, CBT, NLP and mindfulness, using these alongside hypnotherapy when appropriate and with the client’s agreement.

Nicky has a particular interest in anxiety, chronic insomnia and phobias. Her solution-focused hypnotherapy work is practical and goal-focused, helping clients build on their strengths, reduce unhelpful patterns and move towards the changes they want to make.

Professional background

Nicky holds a BA (Hons), an Advanced Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

She is registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

Works with: Young People aged 16+, Adults and Older Adults

A personal note from Nicky

Outside of my work, I love spending time in nature and find it a great way to reset. I enjoy wild swimming, learning to play the piano and exploring new languages. Most of all, I value time with my family and friends and the connection, laughter and support those relationships bring.
