Alex
Alex is an Integrative Therapist, and works predominantly in a Person-Centred and Trauma-Informed way, with influences from Cognitive Behavioural and Psychodynamic modalities. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, self-harm, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, and attachment.
She has a BSc in Counselling Psychology, an MA in Integrative Counselling, a Trauma-Informed Diploma, and a Level 2 Certificate in Self-Harm and Suicide Awareness and Prevention. She is currently completing a Diploma to practice the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
She works with adults of 18+ both face-to-face and on the phone/online, to suit what works best for the client, always aiming to provide a client with a safe space, where they can be exactly who they are without fear of judgement.
Outside of work, she enjoy spending time with her loved ones, reading, concerts, and David Attenborough animal documentaries.
