Tammy
Tammy is a qualified integrative counsellor offering face-to-face, online, and telephone support for adults and young people aged 16 and above. She has trained in person-centred, integrative, and cognitive behavioural therapeutic approaches. She is also an online and telephone counselling certified counsellor and a trauma-informed practitioner. With a person-centred approach, she offers clients the space to unpack problems, and can draw on an array of tools and techniques to help if needed. Tammy undertakes continuous professional development with recent interests in inner child work and mindfulness, but believes that different techniques will fit different people at different times, and so prefers to offer a more collaborative approach with clients. She also has experience in supporting clients with autism, ADHD and ADD, and can offer therapy to suit their specific needs.
Tammy can help with a range of difficulties; whether it’s anxiety, depression, low mood, relationship difficulties, bereavement, or trauma, and can help clients gain new insights to make positive changes in their lives.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, reading in the sun (when we get it!), baking gluten free cakes, and meeting up with friends and family.
