krysallis is able to provide supervision from its harrogate
premises to the following, as below. In all cases work is carried
out by a qualified supervisor, trained on a BACP-approved course.
An initial free-of-charge meeting is available to interested
inquirers.
indivdual:
appropriate supervision is required of all practising
therapists by BACP/UKCP. We offer individual supervision to
counsellors and therapists, qualified or in training, of any
theoretical orientation.
teams:
supervision of teams focuses on the team dynamics and is
an opportunity to explore some of the undercurrents of working
relationships within a contained and constructive space. Colleagues
from business, clinical or voluntary agency environments are
equally welcome and able to benefit from this process, which is
very different from, and complementary to, existing line
management.
peer groups:
where a peer supervision group is already active or is
being set up an external supervisor can be helpful in managing
time, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the group and enabling it
to examine its own process with greater clarity.
